Will subdivide, Will Trade, Will Carry, (see other listings) this mountainous land borders on the Sulfur Creek Reservoir. This majestic land is nestled in the south western corner of Wyoming in the Bear River Valley. This land is cradled in the foothills of the Uinta Mountains, and is at 7.500 foot above sea level. It has snow capped mountain views, and is excellent for recreational activity. It is surronded by hundreds of acres of government land. In 1847 hundreds of pioneers emigrated west looking for opportunity. The path they trekked is now know as The Pioneer Trail. The Pioneer Trail crosses this land which helped pave the way for future expeditions, including the Pony Express, California Trail and the original Transcontinental Railroad. The land is sixty minutes from Park City Utah, and 90 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport.
It is just 15 miles south of Evanston Wyoming, which is the most southwesterly city in Wyoming on Interstate 80.
