LOCATION: Central Alabama. Autaugaville is 18.5 miles to the east. Prattville is 32 miles to the east. Selma is 18 miles to the south. Montgomery is 45 miles to the east. DESCRIPTION: The Buck Creek Tract is an excellent timber investment and great hunting tract. The timber is mainly pine plantation approximately 10 years old with some hardwoods mixed in with the pines. There is county water and power along the road frontage so the possibility of a country home or a cabin is right at your fingertips. There are several creeks that run through the tract also. RECREATION: Located in the heart of the black belt. This is an excellent opportunity to own great hunting land for deer and turkey. There is on small food plot in place and there is a gas pipeline that crosses the property and it could easily be used for another food plot.
ACCESS: From Autaugaville take Alabama Highway 14 west 13 miles and turn right onto Autauga County Road 1. Travel on ACR-1 4.5 miles and turn right onto Autauga County Road 88. After 1 mile turn left onto unnamed dirt road and the Buck Creek Tract will begin at the gate.
