LOCATION: Northeast Alabama. Piedmont is 10 miles to the south. Centre is 14 miles to the north. Gadsden is 25 miles to the west. DESCRIPTION: The Gowens Tract is an excellent opportunity to own a great timber investment and recreational tract. About ½ of the property is approximately 17 year old planted pines that have been thinned one time. The other half was cut around 4 years ago and is growing naturally in pines and hardwoods. There is power available on the property and there is also a creek on the east side. RECREATION: This is an excellent opportunity to own great hunting land for deer and turkey. ACCESS: From Gadsden take U.S. 278 east 17.8 miles and turn left onto County Road 19. Travel for 6.4 miles and turn left onto County Road 39. After ½ of a mile the Gowens Tract will be on both sides of the road.
