LOCATION: Northeast Alabama. Piedmont is 10 miles to the south. Centre is 14 miles to the north. Gadsden is 25 miles to the west. DESCRIPTION: The Gowens Tract is an excellent opportunity to own a great timber investment and recreational tract. About ½ of the property is approximately 17 year old planted pines that have been thinned one time. The other half was cut around 4 years ago and is growing naturally in pines and hardwoods. There is power available on the property and there is also a creek on the east side. RECREATION: This is an excellent opportunity to own great hunting land for deer and turkey. There is plenty of cover for the wildlife in the young timber and room for the turkeys to strut in the planted pines. The creek provides a good water source for the wildlife.
