Access is off of Big Fall Creek Road, a paved county road along with a shared access easement road shared with Fellow Falls Creek Forest Reserve property owners. Various age trees are throughout the property but mainly range from 15 to 27 years of age. The property is within 1 mile of Fall Creek Reservoir and has numerous opportunities for fishing, hunting and boating. The town of Lowell, Oregon is approx. 4 miles or 10 minutes away. The property meets the forest template test and is buildable with a Special Use Permit.

Location & Directions

From Lowell follow Jasper-Lowell Road north 1.8 miles to Big Fall Creek Road. Turn right on Big Fall Creek Road and follow approximately 1 mile to the property entrance on your left.
