The Seaboard tract is a great property for a buyer looking for a recreational/investment tract. This tract offers the best in seclusion: off the beaten path, accessed by a well-maintained woods road, and surrounded by large landowners. What more could a hunter ask for? The tract has been site prepared and planted with genetically improved Loblolly pine. Two wildlife food plots have recently been built.
From Chatom take Highway 17 south 7.4 miles and turn left on County Road 20, go 1.6 miles and turn right on to County Road 25 (Seaboard Road), travel 4.5 miles down Seaboard Road and turn right at sign.
