Location: Central Alabama; 8 miles north of Talladega; Anniston is 25 miles to the east; Birmingham is 45 miles to the west. Description: The Peters Tract is an excellent recreational tract and future timber investment. The property is well stocked with loblolly pines approximately 5 years old. There is an established road system throughout the property. There is power and water to the property and there are many building sites for either a home or a cabin. Recreation: This tract is an excellent deer and turkey hunting tract. The pines offer good cover for the wildlife. The road system gives you many spots that would be good locations for game plots. The rolling terrain would also be good for horseback riding or atvs.
Access: From Exit 168 on Interstate 20 take Alabama Highway 77 south 3.9 miles and turn right onto Talladega County Road 364. Travel for 2/10s of a mile and turn left onto Chatman Lane. The Peters Tract will be on the right in 1/10 of a mile.
