	About Todd Crosby

Todd Crosby has over 16 years of experience in the forest industry and land brokerage businesses. After serving active duty in the US Air Force he gained his forestry experience cruising and managing timber for a local company that supplied wood to paper mills, sawmills, and plywood plants. He eventually worked his way up to procurement manager, supervising the purchase and harvest of over 300,000 tons of forest products annually. In the process of purchasing timber from a local forestry consultant he became interested in their land sales division, which had begun to grow rapidly. In 2002 Todd began working with this firm, which later became American Forest Management, Inc., and today is called AFM Land Sales.

Growing up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and being an avid outdoorsman, it was inevitable that he would find a profession that allowed him to share his knowledge and passion for the outdoors, his respect of the land and his appreciation of the history of the area in
