Tract features a tremendous amount of 20 to 23-year-old planted pine and hardwood timber. Deer and turkey are abundant. Tract has a well-maintained internal road system and wildlife food plots. Enclosed Texas Hunter deer stands are located on all food plots, along with an array of fruit trees. Tract has been trophy managed for over 25 years. Union County is home to over 60,000 acres of wildlife management land that is only a short drive from any of our timberland tracts. We have one of the longest and most liberal whitetail deer seasons in the Southeast, beginning in September and running until January.
