Neal is a Florida native and is the son of a fifth generation fishing family. He grew up commercial fishing and clam farming and used those income sources to finish college debt free. The love of hunting and fishing has always drawn his interest in land ownership. And although being on the ocean is his first love, analizing land deals is a close second.
Having spent several years selling both homes and land. He is moving away from home sales as they are distracting from what he likes to do.
