From I-64 take Exit 79 south on Hwy 37. Turn left at the second caution light onto hwy 237. At the junction of Hwy237 and 66 (the Ohio River Bridge will be right in front of you) turn left and go 4.4 miles to Rocky Point. Turn left at stop sign, continuing on Hwy 66 5.4 miles to High Water Road on your right. Turn right. Anspaugh Flats is 1/2 mile on the left.
