Neal is a Florida native and is the son of a fifth generation fishing family. He grew up commercial fishing and clam farming and used those income sources to finish college debt free. The love of hunting and fishing has always drawn his interest in land ownership. And although being on the ocean is his first love, analizing land deals is a close second.
Having spent several years selling both homes and land. He is moving away from home sales as they are distracting from what he likes to do.
Although not a writer, Neal has lots of real world experience both in representing buyers, sellers and as an investor himself, and feels there is a lot to learn from the experiences he’s had and is glad to share them with Landthink.com Blog readers.
Neal works primarily on marketing small undeveloped residential lots and mini-farms as well as some larger Agricultural acreage. Builders and people looking to build their own special place are Neal’s primary clients.

Land Features & Description
This 18 acres allows the new owner the opportunity to design his own personalized equestrian estate. Additionally, this property could be divided in the future to allow for two homesites. Located in an area of larger tracts ensures that you won't have too many pesky neighbors. There are several large new homes being built in the area. And these properties are within 5 minutes of the Sebastian River Buffer Preserve that gives horseback riders the access to thousands of acres riding trails. This tract has expansion possibilities because the adjoining 20 acres can be purchased in conjunction with this tract for a total asking price of $175,000. These tracts are 20-30 minutes to the beach, mall, great fishing in the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean as well as the famous Stick Marsh and Farm 13. Ownership of one of these fine properties would place the owner in an outdoors paradise.
