Auction Location: Fairfield Inn by Marriott, 200 South 4th Street, Hartsville, SC

Property Location: From Hartsville, SC, travel US Highway 15 South 6.5 miles, turn left on Sandy Grove Church Road, (SR 31-39), go 4.5 miles to Cypress Crossroads, turn right on Cypress Road (S 31-30), go ½ mile to land. Watch for signs.
From Bishopville, SC, take US Highway15 North 4 miles, turn right on Cypress Road (SR 31-30), go 2.3 miles to land. Watch for signs.
