A rolling prairie and timber mix farm, it has a rock bottom, spring fed creek running through the property and would make an excellent recreational farm with CRP and income. The farm is located only 1/2 mile from some ground that I formerly guided on. My hunters there saw some incredible bucks and tons of pheasants, I would expect no less from this one! Vast amounts of deer are not present, but the ones that are around are able reach incredible trophy proportions because of the lack of hunting pressure and overall maturity. Small game is extremely plentiful in the form of birds and rabbits. Several possible building sites exist with rural water and electricity at the road.
