The price includes a new hanger in Walden for medium to large size jets and two suburban vehicles (rented at additional fees). Walden’s airport has a 5900 ft runway. Finally, the ranch has a full time ranch manager with a home at the entrance of the ranch (I mile away) for any assistance that guests may need. The main house has four bedrooms (sleeps 10 ten) and five baths with a huge two story great room with fireplace, and gourmet kitchen. The seven lakes and ponds were designed by Aquatic Alternatives with sustainable cold water fisheries and stocked with native McConaughey Trout (raised from eggs on the ranch), Rainbow Trout, as well as, Brown Trout who have entered the ranch via the river. In addition, there is over a mile of the North Fork of the Michigan River that winds through the ranch. If you choose to wander off the ranch there is skiing, shopping, and thousands of acres of the great Rocky Mountains to explore.
