What is LANDFLIP?

LANDFLIP is an exclusive land real estate marketing platform created for land owners, real estate brokers, agents and auctioneers to advertise land for sale, land auctions and rural retreats to buyers and investors searching for land.

Does LANDFLIP receive a commission or fee if I sell my listing on LANDFLIP?

No. We do not collect commissions or referral fees if you sell your listing on LANDFLIP.

Is LANDFLIP a real estate company?

No. LANDFLIP is an exclusive land real estate marketing platform owned and managed by LANDFLIP, Inc.

Does LANDFLIP own any of the land listed on the site?

No. LANDFLIP does not own, buy or sell any land listed on LANDFLIP.com.

What type of land is advertised on LANDFLIP?

Land of any size that does not have a permanent residence or commercial structure. Land with a permanent residence or commercial structure must be at least five (5) acres.

Can I advertise a house on LANDFLIP?

Houses may be advertised on LANDFLIP only if they contain five (5) or more acres of land.

What forms of payment does LANDFLIP accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept payment by check with a 6 month minimum purchase.

Does LANDFLIP offer a 30 day free trail?

No. A 30 day free trial for marketing land doesn't make much sense. Marketing land is not a 30 day endeavor. In fact, most land marketing efforts take 6+ months and can take longer during slow or distressed markets. Our business is built around world class customer service and exceptional quality. Service and quality is what you are paying for. Give us a try! We're confident you won't be disappointed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our service is month-to-month, 6 month or 1 year and there are no contracts other than our Terms & Conditions. You may cancel at any time. No refunds or credits for early cancellation, partial months or failure to list properties after purchase.

Does LANDFLIP offer a referral program?

Does LANDFLIP accept MLS feeds?

No. MLS is primarily for residential homes and was built with that in mind. When land listings are added to an MLS, many of the data fields do not apply to land and therefore do not enhance the quality of a land listing on LANDFLIP. Think of us as an MLS source for land only.

Can LANDFLIP "pull" the listings from my website?

We have the ability to "pull" listings from your website, however, we do not recommend this approach. We believe the most successful approach to marketing land is to use our unique land marketing process. By taking the time to add a listing, you increase your listing quality and lead results considerably. Besides, we don't know your listings better than you!
